Applying Exercise Physiology Principles to your Training

Wright State University RUSS CENTER ROOM 145: parking passes available at Visitor's Lot 2--they will tell you which lot is closest.

7 pm-8pm

Both presenters hold master's degrees in Exercise Physiology. Ms. Wade is a trail racer and competes in marathons and triathalons, andMr. Heitkamp is a former college cross country runner.  They will explain what scientific data are important to runners and how you can apply it to improving  your performance.
