This is Adventure Summit weekend in Dayton.  So you are invited to participate in a fun morning run with Charlie Engle at Sugarcreek

A three mile run at Sugarcreek MetroPark on the green trail is planned for the morning.  Sugarcreek offers great trail running in an amazing natural setting.  You will have a chance to run the Osage Orange Tunnel and explore the three sisters area.
