ORRRC Picnic & Fun Run

Sunday, August 5, 2012  •  3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Possum Creek Metro Park  •  4790 Frytown Road
Please use the entrance marked “Registered Shelters” and look for the signs.

Picnic is FREE for all current ORRRC members and their immediate household family. (Single members may bring a guest.) Please RSVP by July 24 online. Online registration is preferred; however, if you are unable to register online, contact Stacy Silverstein at 937.272.3571. (Please leave a message with the total number of guests in your party, number of children, and if you prefer a vegetarian meal.) We suggest that you bring a lawn chair or a blanket due to the limited number of picnic tables available for seating. Other than that, we will provide the rest: food, fun, and friends. Remember to RSVP by July 24, and we hope to see you there!

Schedule Fun Trail Run: 3:30 Kids Run: 4:30 Food Served: 5:30 - 7:30 Fun: until 9:00 Food* Provided by Charlie’s Deli & Catering Hamburgers Hot Dogs Brats Mets Potato Salad Coleslaw Deserts Soft Drinks Alcoholic Beverages (adults only, of course) *Vegetarian fare is available.  Let us know if you want a vegetarian meal when you RSVP.
