Many of you may already know that Miamisburg's Baum Opera House is a critical part of the Annual ORRRC Turkey Trot race.  Without it, we'd have no place to prepare and distribute race packets, process on-site registrations, distribute awards, or even calculate results data.  Like many organizations, The Baum's budget is being squeezed by rising costs and stagnant revenues.  This concerns us greatly - since The Baum is critical to the Turkey Trot, the Turkey Trot is critical to the ORRRC, and the ORRRC is critical to the entire Dayton running community.  Without The Baum, our entire running-friendly community could suffer.

On Friday March 18th, The Baum is presenting the award-winning CEDARVILLE JAZZ ENSEMBLE as a fundraiser.  Cedarville JAZZ will be performing in concert from 7pm to 9pm at The Baum.  The price for tickets is $10.00 in advance or $12.00 at the door.  These funds go to support The Baum Opera House.   Bring the kids too - they will be able to experience music presented by a wonderful organization.  

PLEASE help support our Turkey Trot venue by going to that concert.  Snacks and soft drinks will be available for purchase, but adult beverages are BYOB.
