Bring your enthusiasm and appetite… it’s PICNIC time again!

Update: And bring one more thing - your old shoes!

We will be collecting lightly used running shoes at the picnic to benefit the Boys Residential Treatment Center in Xenia, Ohio.  Many of these boys regularly attend ORRRC events, but due to unfortunate economic realities, they are often forced to run without proper footwear.  We are working with the center liason, Cynthia Lennon, to distribute our collection from the picnic to those in need at the center.

ORRRC Picnic & Fun Run at Possom Creek

Sunday August 2, 2009,  3:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
For a Pig Roast* at beautiful Possum Creek Metro Park, 4790 Frytown Road
Kids will LOVE the barnyard animals and Polly Possum’s Play Area!

Please use the entrance marked “Registered Shelters” and look for the signs.

Kids Run: 5:00
Food Served: 5:30-7:30
FUN: Until the park closes at 9:30
Games/Prizes/FoodPicnic is FREE for all current ORRRC members and their immediate household family.
(Single members may bring a guest.)
