The best tip is this: If someone just wanted your money or stuff, they wouldn't need to force you from the path into the deep woods, unless they had other intentions. Do not allow anyone to forcibly move you from crime scene "A" to crime scene "B". This will always be to a more isolated place where a criminal or assailant will have far more control over you. Do everything that you can to resist and escape immediately! (Is there a handy rock or weapon nearby?)
