Seminar: Feb-In the Long Run: Stories from an Olympian

In The Long Run:  Ohioan Bob Shul will tell us about his journey from asthmatic child to Gold Medalist, and his adult transition from basic runner to record breaker and training with Mihaly Igloi.  (2 hours)

Cross Training for Runners:  Don’t let the cold weather keep you from making gains in your personal fitness goals. Learning to cross-train now can build a basis for improvement in the upcoming season.  (1 hour)
