Event Information
It's party time for all current ORRRC members! The theme this year is Western attire! Come in costume for maximum fun! There will be a Photo Booth and professional photographer to capture everything, Free! This is a potluck so bring your favorite dish to share!

Who: ORRRC Members
Members may each bring one guest. Reservation is required. Limited to 125 attendees. Please enter the number of people attending. If multiple individuals from the same family membership will attend, only one representative from the family should register and account for all attendees in the total selected. Each current member may bring 1 non-member guest.
We may have a wait list, so if you’ve signed up and can’t make it, please let us know.

Welcome: 6:00 p.m.
Dinner: 7:00 p.m.
Awards: 8:00 p.m.
More Information
This will be a carry in dinner. Each member (or family) should bring a dish of 8-12 servings, to share. Salad, vegetable, pasta, dessert, your choice.
We will have a VEGAN table for strictly vegan foods, signified by a green tablecloth.
The club is providing a potato bar with baked potatoes and toppings to include chili (meat and vegan) and cheese, water, tea, coffee, lemonade and 1 ticket for a free beverage from the bar.
Table service also provided.
Cash bar is available. There is NO outside alcohol allowed. Violation of this could cause us to lose accommodations at this facility. Thank you for understanding and adhering.
